Kids Community

Every Sunday during the 10:30 worship service

Lee Swenson directs our Kids Community program.

At the Mills Church we encourage families to experience church community and corporate worship together.

All kids ages 4 and up begin the 10:30 worship service together with their family. (Nursery up to age 3 is provided through the entire service). During the sermon, kids ages 4 years old-3rd grade are dismissed from the service to attend Kids Community. Kids Community is designed for kids to build community and develop relationships with caring adults. They have their own Bible lesson, have a snack, and participate in meaningful crafts or large motor games that reinforce scripture memory or build on the scripture passage. Kids then rejoin their parents in the worship service after the sermon to participate in communion and the prayer, gratitude and generosity stations.

KIDS CAMP
We will not be having Kids Camp this summer (2017).  We are in the process writing and planning our own curriculum.  Potential launch date has moved to July 2018.
