Our cause as a local church is born out of the witness of the scriptures and what we see God doing in this world. We believe God created and intended us to live in dynamic and loving relationships with God, ourselves, others and creation.   We believe that these relationships are profoundly burdened and broken.  God’s cause in this world is to restore them.  We believe God accomplishes his cause through the death, resurrection and ongoing governance of Jesus Christ.  We believe that God invites us to partner with him in his mission to restore all things by putting the rule and reign of Jesus into tangible action on this earth.

Simply stated:
Our cause is to partner with God in his restoration of all things.  This restoration includes our relationship with God, ourselves, others and creation.
